"Color was sooo different!!!"
I was surprised when this showed up... the color looked totally different from what I expected!!! Not the color I thought I was getting at all!!

"Looked better online than in person"
I assumed it would be decent quality based on the photos, but once it arrived, it just felt kind of cheap. One of the items already looked a bit rough, and after using it once, it didn’t really hold up. Maybe I should’ve expected that from the price, but i wouldn’t buy it again...

"Not really worth it for me"
I expected a bit more for what I paid. The items looked really cute online, but once they showed up, the quality felt kind of cheap... like, not terrible, but just not what I was hoping for. Shipping also took longer than I expected, so that didn’t help. I don’t think I’d order again, it just didn’t feel like good value for the money.

"Shipping was decent overall"
I ordered from vettsy.com and the shipping was smooth for the most part. The tracking didn’t update right away, I think it took a day or two, but after that it was easy enough to follow. My package showed up in about a week, the box looked fine, and everything I ordered was inside. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because I wish the updates came a little quicker, but I mean... overall it worked out fine.

"It looked really nice when I first got..."
It looked really nice when I first got it, but after about a week the edges started chipping and the shine was already fading. I also wish they’d been clearer about how long it was supposed to hold up, because I definitely expected better durability.

"Customer service was just... fine, I guess"
I had to message customer service twice before I finally got a straight answer, which was a little annoying. Like, I don’t mind waiting a bit, but having to follow up just to get clarity is not exactly my idea of a smooth experience. To be fair, they were polite the whole time, and my issue did get sorted out eventually. So it wasn’t terrible or anything, just very average and a bit slower than it needed to be.

"Order took way too long"
My order took forever to arrive. The tracking was confusing too, like, one day it said one thing, then nothing really updated for a while. I reached out to support hoping they could clear it up, but... not much help there. Overall, just a frustrating experience.
